Juma Labs signs a technology partnership with London-listed Potentially AI
Senior Juma Labs engineers will build Potentially's new AI workspace, on technology Potentially licenses from us.

Juma Labs has signed a strategic technology partnership with Potentially AI PLC, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM: AGI). Potentially announced it on 22 October 2026 in a regulatory announcement. Under the partnership, a dedicated Juma Labs team of eight senior AI engineers, including our CEO, Iliya Valchanov, and our CTO, Ilko Kacharov, is building Potentially's new workspace product using Juma Labs' existing technology under licence.
What Juma Labs will build
Our team starts with an audit of Potentially's current product. We then deliver the core product as a web workspace and move the existing user accounts onto it. Delivery is targeted for the end of 2026. Potentially is investing up to about $1.1 million (£0.84 million) in delivering the workspace.
The workspace is agentic. It plans a task, gathers the current information it needs, runs the work across AI models and returns the finished result, choosing a model for each step on quality, cost and speed.
Iliya Valchanov joins Potentially's board as Technical Adviser
As part of the partnership, Iliya Valchanov, co-founder and CEO of Juma Labs, has been appointed Technical Adviser to the Board of Potentially AI PLC. He joins the company's leadership meetings in an advisory role, working on architecture and engineering decisions.
“Having him work with Potentially, alongside securing the Juma Labs technology partnership, will materially increase how fast we can deliver a world class product.”
